2. Purpose and scope
This legal notice applies to every page of psicodiversa.es and to anyone who visits them. Access to the website is free and does not require prior registration, except to submit the contact forms, which ask only for the data needed in order to reply to you (see section 5 and the privacy policy).
3. Conditions of access and use
Using the website gives you the status of user and implies, from that moment, acceptance of these conditions. We ask you to use it in good faith and to make sure the data you give us when you write is accurate.
You may not use the website for purposes contrary to the law or to public order, or in a way that could damage, overload or prevent its normal operation for other visitors. Introducing viruses or any other element that alters the website’s content or systems without authorization is likewise not permitted.
If you are under 18, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian before giving us personal data through this website.
4. Site content and its informational purpose
The content of this website, including the blog and the podcast, is informational: it explains how we work, which processes we support and how to contact us. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace the assessment we carry out in session, in person or online. We try to keep it up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is always free of errors.
If you are going through an emergency or a risk to your health, contact 112 (the emergency number in Spain) or the 024 line for suicide prevention (free and available at any hour). This website does not replace those services.
5. Contact form and data protection
The forms on this website carry technical anti-bot measures (a signed token with a limited validity period and a hidden check, without visible captchas) to stop automated spam; if you fill them in normally you will not notice them.
The content of your message, including any health data you choose to share, is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) as soon as it reaches our server, and only Laura and María Zuleica read it in order to reply to you. Who processes your data, for what purpose, for how long and how to exercise your rights is set out in the privacy policy.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, logo and other content on this website belong to Asociación PsicoDiversa or to third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or make them available to the public without prior authorization, except in the cases the law permits.
If you notice improper use of this content, or believe that something on this website infringes a right of yours, write to the email address in section 1 and we will look into it.
7. Third-party links and embedded content
The Association page includes embedded third-party content: the “En Modo Psi” podcast on Spotify and its episodes on YouTube. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and load only after you give your cookie consent (see section 8). We are not responsible for the content of these services or of other websites you may reach from a link on this site.
8. Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 with Google’s consent mode (Consent Mode v2) to measure visits and conversions, without Google Tag Manager: the tags load directly and are only activated if you accept the cookie banner. Which cookies we use, what for and how to change your choice is set out in the cookie policy.
9. Liability
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the website or the complete absence of errors, and we are not liable for damage arising from interruptions, viruses or other technical problems outside our reasonable control. If we detect an incident, we resolve it as soon as possible.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of this website, and unless consumer protection rules establish another mandatory jurisdiction, both parties submit to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
11. Changes to this legal notice
We may amend this legal notice to adapt it to legislative or technical changes, or to changes in the website’s own activity. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
